Ukulele is a wonderful instrument to start young children and adults on their musical journey. Its lightweight construction and soft nylon strings lend itself to be very accessible for those little hands. Adults will appreciate its simplicity and accessibility too.
Students will learn about the strings and chords very quickly and very soon be able to strum some songs.
Start from 6 years of age. (possibly 5 y/o if a pre instrumental course has been completed)
No previous music education necessary
Recommend 30 minute partner, group or individual lesson per week
Expect to play music with others after 12 months of tuition
